Shipping & returns

Updated September 16, 2026

Nationwide freight, clear receiving requirements, and order-specific delivery details.

Shipping across the United States

Wholesale Industry arranges LTL and full truckload shipments through trusted freight brokers and carriers. We seek the best available rate for the shipment. Product availability, shipping origin, freight cost and delivery requirements are confirmed with your quote or order.

Send your quantity, delivery ZIP, requested delivery date and receiving requirements. Tell us whether you have a loading dock or forklift and whether liftgate service, an appointment or limited-access delivery is needed. Do not assume pickup or liftgate service is included unless listed in the quote.

Inventory locations and timing

Some products have inventory at multiple locations. The available origin depends on the product, quantity and current stock. Confirm stock and timing before planning labor, equipment or a production schedule. A same-day quote response is not a same-day shipping promise.

Inspect your delivery

  • Check the quantity and visible condition before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Record visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery paperwork and take clear photos of the containers and packaging.
  • Keep the freight paperwork, photos and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
  • Contact Wholesale Industry promptly with the order number, delivery details and photos so we can coordinate with the broker/carrier.

Freight damages are handled through the coverage provided by our trusted brokers/carriers. Claim requirements, deadlines and coverage depend on the shipment and carrier; contact us promptly for the applicable process. Do not discard damaged goods or arrange a return before receiving instructions.

We do not accept product returns. Confirm size, manufacturer, condition and compatibility before ordering. Freight-damage and order-discrepancy reports are reviewed separately from change-of-mind return requests.

Deposits and cancellations

Large orders require a non-refundable deposit as specified in the written quote or invoice. If the customer cancels after paying that deposit, Wholesale Industry retains it. See our Terms & Conditions.
