These terms explain ordering from Wholesale Industry through CollapsiblePalletContainers.com.
Product selection and quotes
Confirm the quoted manufacturer, model, size, condition, quantity and accessories before ordering. Nominal sizes are not necessarily usable interior dimensions. Representative images are labeled; request current lot photos when the exact condition or configuration matters.
Prices, inventory locations, quantities and freight are confirmed for your order. A quote request does not place an order. Review your written quote or checkout total, including shipping and applicable taxes, before accepting.
Large-order deposits and cancellations
Large orders require a non-refundable deposit. The required deposit amount and payment timing are specified in your written quote or invoice before payment. If you cancel an order for which a non-refundable deposit was collected, Wholesale Industry retains that deposit.
Send cancellation requests to our sales team with your quote or order number. Cancellation requests must be reviewed against the status and terms of the order; sending a request is not confirmation that the order has been cancelled.
Freight and delivery
We ship across the United States using LTL and full truckload services. Shipping origins, availability and delivery requirements are confirmed with your quote. Freight-damage claims are handled through our trusted brokers/carriers and their applicable coverage and claims process. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for receiving guidance.
Application and handling
Use the specifications and handling instructions for the exact container supplied. A working load rating does not establish a stacking or rack rating. Confirm any special application requirements before ordering.
Questions and order discrepancies
Contact us with your order number and supporting details so we can review the issue. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
